Our meticulously crafted curriculum is designed to guide you through the art of Jiu-Jitsu seamlessly.

While the Program focuses on the building blocks and basic principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the GB² Program is built on high-level techniques and drills. These advanced practices shape students’ game flow by enhancing reflexes, speed, and reaction time, facilitating smooth transitions between techniques.
After a few months in the GB² Program, students typically experience a deeper involvement in GB’s philosophy. They also develop a stronger bond with training partners and cultivate more discipline and commitment to healthy habits that keep them in good shape.
The GB² Program provides a foundation in high-level Jiu-Jitsu techniques and drills, helping students refine their skills and enhance their overall performance.
The Gracie Barra Black Belt Program is the ultimate stage in GB’s adult program structure, representing the culmination of a student’s journey while also signifying a new chapter.
Here, the goal is to refine the student’s Jiu-Jitsu game flow by immersing them in cutting-edge techniques and their variations. The dynamic curriculum offers diverse classes, complemented by hour-long live training sessions, creating a challenging yet safe space for students transitioning from blue to black belts.
In addition to technical skills, the program emphasizes mental fortitude and strategic thinking, preparing students for the demands of high-level Jiu-Jitsu competition and real-life self-defense scenarios.
Upon completion, students not only earn their coveted black belt but also gain a deeper understanding of Jiu-Jitsu philosophy, a stronger sense of community, and the confidence to excel both on and off the mats.
Gracie Barra’s No-Gi program focuses on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training without the traditional gi (uniform). While BJJ practitioners typically train with a gi, which includes a jacket and pants, the No-Gi program emphasizes techniques and strategies that are applicable in situations where practitioners may not be wearing a gi, such as in mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self-defense scenarios.
